I visited this location with my 79 year old mom. Gaurav Shete was very professional yet at the same time very kind and patient and did an excellent job making her feel at home. He did the hearing test and explained the results and the options and also made a recommendation.
He then came over to my house to help set up the hearing aid and visited once again to change the cap of one of the aids.
